Vaccinations

We can only accept cats that are up to date with their vaccinations for flu, entertitus and leukaemia for the protection of all our boarders. Please note the leukaemia vaccine is a new requirement by our licensing body. We require an up to date vaccination certificate to be provided on arrival, we cannot board your cat without this.

Making a Booking or enquiry

Please feel free to contact us either by phone , email , or facebook message we try to answer all messages within 4 hours. If you are ready to make a booking and we have confirmed there is space, a non refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking

Payment

Full payment is due on the day of arrival. We accept a Bank Transfer or cash. Please contact us for details if you wish to pay by bank transfer to ensure payment has reached us by the day of arrival. Deposits must be paid prior to arrival to secure your space.

Cancellations

If you no longer need to board your cat please call to cancel your booking as soon as possible to avoid cancellation fees and allow someone else to take your place. If we are able to rebook your allocated slot this will be taken into account however, cancellation notice of 2 weeks 50% total charge payable , 1 week or less 100% total charge payable.
